That big brain moment when you realize Yoshida is Zodiark. We're stuck in a safe, stagnant loop of content. He delivered the world of XIV from oblivion to only keep it in a safe loop of the same content over and over again.
We need a Venat to break us from this cycle. Yoshida will no longer use the phrase "don't play my game if you're bored". Instead, he and his team shall work.

Maybe the game would run perfectly on your computer with some mods or equivalents. But the AMD Bulldozer fiasco showed, that there are players who play the game on computers which are 10+ years old. With an increased polygon count the game could become unplayable. And we do not know whether the mods work well with every graphical effect or not. I have seen some modded screenshots, which showed, that the mods had serious issues with some races.

Yes, the situation is not very good for Hrothgar players, i can understand it.
