As a current home owner I would praise this "bandaid" solution more then any lollottery.
They could easily still keep the current failed system ..but they should be expanding in great detail, the apartments into full sized "instanced" homes, available in S,M and L (equal in space to current homes)
I hate the idea of a dead neighborhood wasting space since it was introduced, and despise the extremely shady/sketchy..shameful demolition of homes after purchase.
