Thought I would share the macros I made for each job, they make the process of switching from one job to another very easy,

Alienbaby, thank you for the re-post, but I made those macros yesterday... I was referring to job skill and ability macros, especially THAU/CONJ/WHM/BLM...

If people having tanking macros, that would be great too!

Does anyone else have a problem with their macros to switch Jobs not fully completing? For instance I copied this verbatim for a Bard macro:

BRD:

/equip mh "ifrit's Bow"
/wait 2
/job on
/wait 3
/equip head "Choral Chapeau"

/equip hands "Choral Ringband"
/equip feet "Choral Sandals"

When I switch from another class using this Macro, there are gear pieces that do not get equipped. I have to run the macro twice (sometimes 3 times!) to get them all equipped. It seems there's some lag after switching jobs, or something with the job specific gear pieces that skip them equipping. I don't notice this with any of my other macros to equip classes such as Fisher, Miner, Leatherworker, etc. All of my other macros have full gear sets equipped too.

All the time, yes. the wait timers can actually be reduced to 1 with no negative effects. You still have to rerun the macro no matter what the wait timers are set to.
