Respectfully as other have said we've been in this situation for years now. At some point the blame needs to be pointed to the boss, the person who is supposed to oversee everything.
Good or bad, that's the nature of the lead position. You are ultimately responsible for your people if you are a good leader.
I think another issue is Trust. It's hard to keep and easy to lose. Many players are starting to lose Trust and Confidence in Yoshi-P as lead director. How many times can someone say "Trust me, we'll fix it, wait a bit" only for things to not be fixed? Like I said, it's been going on for years. This is on top of the multiple instances where he has been relatively clueless in the basic aspects of the game.
When players ask "Do you even play your own game Yoshi-P?" He can say Yes. Because he does play. As a DPS.
When Healers ask that same question? He can't say yes, because he has no point of personal point of reference.
Then he has the audacity to tell Healers to play the hardest content in the game if they're unsatisfied with the way the job plays.
