Slippery Slope and a nonsensical one at that. You don't love options if every option has the potential to bring ruin in your eyes. Your initial statement and what follows are disconnected, to say nothing of the frail argument to begin with.As someone who loves options ( the more the better ), I dislike this idea, entirely. It makes little sense to choose a tailed race, knowing they have them, and then not wanting them to. If they go down this road, people will want Au-ra without scales or horns, or tall Lallafel. Some choices during character creation should remain meaningful. For example, when I created my Miqote, I had the choice of two sub-races, each with one defining characteristic; cat eyes or fangs. Now, I'd support the option if it only worked in the Character panel, not in the "real" world, just so people could see the outfit better. That would be fine.
