Actually, it does when the game is made in Japan, has Japanese players, and involves human lives. Empathy good Sir, something the game teaches us we should have, lessons you obviously missed.

Will surely be another factor if there's great losses in Japan registered.
But even the current reasons, though not specifically stated, is still in effect. 1. Ukranians because of obvious reasons 2. (Perhaps) Russians literally not able to pay for service
Until the conflict either lasts too long to keep suspending the auto-demolition or is resolved, you won't see it anytime resume soon.
