Can we get an option to remove tails from tailed races?

You people DO know that the Au Ra's horns function as ears, right? It would be horrific to remove them. That's like deliberately blinding someone or bursting their eardrums.

I have been wanting a hide tail option for so long, its so jarring when many of the robe/cape armors just give up on tail openings/ribbons.
Same with long hair clipping through every unnecessarily popped collar in the game, but at least I can use short hair for that.
The option for hiding tail wouldn't hurt at least, its not like asking for them to be entirely removed.

Aligator leather is quite common as a belt material. Shoes and handbags too.

I don't want to hide tails. I want better tail support in the equipment. (And ear support, ear accomodation is so rare in newer full head equipment.)

The new level 490 tomestone equipment using the tail of the body piece as a kind of tail protector is great. In contrast to the chopped off tail of the 480.

Because there's players out there (me included) who like playing tailed races, but dislike how any cloaked armor looks bad due to the tail just straight up clipping through it.

Of course, SE designing armors while keeping tails in mind would be preferable, but unlikely to happen outside of rare occasions.

It would be nice if SE decided to actually put tail holes in armor instead of letting the tails magically phase through everything.

Also, we don't need an option to remove tails from tailed races. What we need instead is the option to ADD tails to non-tailed races:

• Viera need the fluffy bunny tails.
• Lalafell need those sprouts that grow out of bad potatoes.
• Roegadyn need those galka tails from FF11.

Humans can just stay boring and tail-less.
