Given housing is as it stands limited in availability, then it only stands that players who don't play, nor have the intention of playing should be subjected to eviction. If it wasn't limited availability (and whether this is a good thing or not is an entirely different discussion), then I would be inclined to say OK. But like I said. It's limited so people shouldn't retain their house if they have no intention of playing. Otherwise we'd just end up with a plethora of players that own a house, who also no longer play.
