    After I applied for the Rollback, I spent most of my time playing my son's account or assisting FC members with things while I waited.
    The only progression I did was the Clown Dungeon before it timed out. Placed the Costume in a Retainer storage (I love that outfit).
    .
    It took about 2 weeks for the rollback to actually start, and about 18 hours once it started (I think).
    I received an email the next day from the Technician when it was completed.

    OP didn't imply they discarded them, a GM performed a rollback on their character's inventory through commands. It reverted to a snapshot of their inventory taken 2 weeks in the past. That's how they find themselves in this situation. The inventory was reverted to a previous backup but the quests weren't reverted, they remain completed, so they can't "complete them again" to receive a new soulstone.

    Yup. It's where I got most of my Blue mage gear from...
    But they don't have Job Crystals.
    The email from the Technicians instructed me to work with Game Masters... that's why I am reaching out here.
    Sadly, no one has been able to point me in any direction that still exists, and Forum Moderators haven't picked this up yet.

    yah in game, System > Support Desk > Contact Us...

    Not sure what option you should use though... probably "Report a Bug"

    As I've said from the start, I've done that 4 times.
    I was told it should be "Report Harassment"
    Today, I got another response from the Tech Team there is nothing they can do as they are not connected to the Game Master team.
    .
    I am stuck with no recourse, as everyone says "Not my issue".

    While it can be frustrating, the GM team is likely the ones who can help you better here, since they're the ones with the power to gift items to players. Send in your ticket to them, clearly describe the situation and that's its purely just the 2 job crystals you're needing, and reference any support ticket numbers you still know. You just effectively have to keep trying until you can breakthrough to one who will take it seriously and/or understand the issue enough to not write it off.

    Alternatively, if the GMs keep giving you the full run around, you can always give up your one-time item restoration per account to try and retrieve one of the job crystals. Not an ideal solution, but it could theoretically undo part of the damage if trying to get both back is a lost cause after weeks of trying.

    Make certain you're not going into too much detail on your ticket as that could confuse what your actual issue is.

    Something simple like "the job Soul Crystals for the unlocked Reaper and Blue Mage jobs are missing from my character and its inventory since an inventory rollback was completed on X date" would be best.

    If the GM needs more information than that, you can give it to them when they talk to you in game.

    Also, as someone suggested earlier do "/isearch soul" in your chat box if you haven't already. It will list all the job Soul Crystals that can be found in your character's inventory, Armory Chest, chocobo saddlebag and retainer inventory. It could be that the GM left the souls in a different part of your inventory. Look to see if Reaper and Blue Mage are listed, if so you can than click "search for item" to see where they ended up.

    I don't know then, maybe simplify the message

    I'd say just use Report a Bug
    Say you can't level the two jobs because you don't have the job crystals and need an item restoration.
