    Need information: Game Masters ignoring issue for a month. How to escalate issue?

    This is not a grump fest, I am honestly just trying to get this resolved.
    January, account was hacked. Tech team rolled back my account two weeks prior to issue. Ended up losing Blue Mage Job Crystal and Reaper Job Crystal (also all job related gear, but thats already replaced).
    All Job quests are still completed, Blue Mage spells are still learned, Job Experience still correct.
    .
    Tech team sent email stating to submit in game request to Game Masters.
    Four tickets later, I am told over and over by Game Master responses that the Issue would be resolved by the Techs using the original ticket ID.
    .
    Problem is, that ticket is closed and responses from Tech team points back to In game Game Masters.
    .
    How can I sort this out? My forum request for information was placed into the "Separate Support Required section and forgotten (I don't have forum access to that section).

    While I appreciate everyone trying to help me search my equipment, I think I should actually explain this a little more clearly.
    .
    When the Inventory rollback happened, it rolled back to the beginning of January.
    I am a newer player (less than a year), and had just started working on the jobs for Blue Mage and Reaper.
    The Rollback pushed my inventory back to before I did the job quests. All armor, weapons, and glamours did not exist anymore (Yes, searched through each inventory location to no avail).
    My Job levels, my quests, and Mage spells remained intact.
    .
    I even had to rebuy a lot of other armor, and Materia as those also were now 2-3 weeks back.
    .
    The cost of rebuying all of my gear was WELL OVER the 2 million Gil that I was rolled back to. This rollback cost me so much in gear progression, but there is nothing I can do about that.
    .
    I just need my Job Crystals restored so I can continue with those 2 jobs.
