How is anyone fine with the 4-month patch delivery schedule?

I've always considered myself a casual player. I would personally be satisfied if there was some form of lasting content with quality outfits, and collectibles to go for. I don't even ask for much - I think, but even then the game fails to deliver. A lot of 'casuals' in this game, actually get the most out of their sub by making their own content, rping, or otherwise. It's used as a social hub - those are the players who actually get value out of it.

Any content ideas? And no this isn't "go make an MMO yourself if you're not happy" comment lol - just curious if you've made posts / threads on what you think would be satisfactory.
