All a trust really needs to do is average dps, and mechanics correctly and everything can be cleared with a trust group.The key with trusts is they have to be worse than the other players or everyone will use them instead. Right now that is the case here, but just barely because of how bad a sizeable chunk of this games players are.
What will kill the game is if Trusts become decent enough to rival an OKish player.
A good example of this is Guild Wars 1. When it came out it had AI player fill-ins called Henchmen that were not bad, but played just above what was required of them. Then towards the end they added Heroes, which were customizable ai companions that you geared and setup their build. Some builds the AI played better than a player could... so you never took another player with you.
