Many players have started using the storage placement glitch outdoors to place retainers in front of players clicking placards. This syphons gil from the players that click on the retainer. A lot of players will click while watching something else and don't always know when a plot sells. I feel like it's becoming a use for players to simply get a free house and extra gil.

The majority of people being effected by this glitch are players using “auto clickers” to try to claim a plot while afk.

“click while watching something else” If youre clicking for enough time that someone has the time to purchase the house, get the deed, set it up, set up a retainer, place it directly in front of you and figure out where youre clicking, you’re not clicking manually.

There is no free house. The only way to relocate for free while a purchase timer is still active is to relocate from a large to a small and I don't see anyone giving up their 40-50 million gil large for an uncertain chance make a a couple of million gil off someone using an auto-clicker/bot.

The retainer permits exist to allow a house owner to have their MB listings accessible to visitors at their house and MB listings exist so players can make extra gil. There's nothing wrong going on there.

Ever try purchasing something from a retainer permit? You'd see why it would take extreme bad luck to make an accidental purchase if you were doing the clicking yourself. You need to pay attention to what you are doing to make the purchase.

FYI doing the retainer trick is also a bannable offense and is taken more seriously than reporting those bots you're trying to steal money from. Suggesting it, means you're suggesting to others to be subjected to a ban. Would never suggest that to anyone.

No one is going to get banned for placing a retainer permit on their plot using the storage glitch. Stop spreading misinformation.

No one is stealing anything by placing a retainer permit in their yard. Purchases cannot happen by accident.

If you want to continue using your click bot/script, that's your choice and your risk.
