    Edit: No breaks on my end, thankfully. It's unfortunate, however, that they could screw up the replacement as well.
    The replacement was shipped with Fedex. The shipping box and the figure’s box were in perfect condition and it was packaged extremely well. i don’t think it was damaged in transit. This has to be a problem with whoever the manufacturer for these figures is.

    i messaged them again after that last email they sent me and they apologized and said that response was sent by mistake… they are going to send me another replacement and said once again that this is the last thing they can do. at least they are making an effort but i’m definitely going to be thinking twice before ordering another Square Enix figure or collectors edition in the future.

    Glad to hear your replacement figure didn’t come damaged at least.

    Well, on the plus side they are going to send you another. This must be quite a problem if they have so many extras on standby. Guess that also says at least a little bit about the quality, too. lol But yeah, same here. If a physical CE contains a statue I'm going to think, and think hard, before purchasing from them again.
