Well said. when I listened to to his response, it came across as someone who had made up his mind, had taken a specific design decision, and really wasn't open to change. Which may not be true- but this is how it was communicated.

The icing on the cake was the "go play ultimates if you want healing to be challenging" - Well, that's really not acceptable. i can only assume from that it's because he has either closed his mind (very bad) or he is frustrated ande is fed up listening to healers. in either case, he needs to hire a dedicated healer designer.
