Does it really count as being heard, though, if every time they decide to address the noise coming from dissatisfied healers they willfully misinterpret what's being said? I don't know about anyone else, but it's very frustrating to me personally that they 100% ignore the part about wanting more downtime not-healing buttons, which applies to the vast majority of content, and keep going "yeah you can heal more in, uh, ultimates i guess lol".

It’s the semantics of “hearing” vs “listening” that I was going for. “Hearing” means you have received the information whereas “Listening” means processing that information and comprehending what the other person is saying.

In other words, they realize we’re complaining about it. Maybe they’re not actually thinking about and dissecting what we mean, but they are aware that we’re complaining. And if that doesn’t stop, then they may eventually feel obligated to start listening. Emphasis on maybe.

folks are at year ~8 or so of that in the WHM camp, and SCH/AST got to join the club 2 almost 3 years now. how long do folks gotta keep doing this for, to get the same ear that dps classes do? they turn a DPS or two entirely on their head midway through every expac off of feedback.
