And people only steal because they think they can get away with it, your point?

You take away the need for stealing and anyone that is not a kleptomaniac will stop stealing, same logic you take away people's motivation to do something that is "wrong" and they'll stop doing it. Encouraging and "getting used to it" is most certainly not the way to fix something.

Does it need fixing? It's clearly what people want , or they wouldn't do it!

Also, the need to steal isn't really comparable to a video games random dungeon roulette, no?

Am also sure some people would still steal even of they already had everything!
