I don’t think you understand, I play this game for me. For my progress. For my enjoyment. Not anyone else’s except maybe my spouse. The people I get paired with are a means to an end towards my own goals.
Ask yourself. At the end of the day, who are you to me?

Then, as I'm pretty sure you told someone else in another thread, maybe this game isn't for you. Go play a solo game.
