1-2 minutes of your time won't change your life, if you can't wait a few minutes you have some serious patience problems. Even waiting for everybody to loot at the end of an alliance raid takes longer than waiting for someone to watch a cutscene. If you can't even wait that long,y ou shouldn't queue for alliance raids (which can take up to 1h) to begin with.

I'm sorry OP you had this experience. Nobody should be asked to skip cutscenes or miss part of a fight ever, especially in a game where you can't skip story because, they say, story is the most important part of the game. Ironic, isn't it?
I've actually always seen people say in alliance "wait before pulling, we got someone who's watching cutscene" and people actually wait. That's usually more when raids are new, but tbh considering how many first timers I see now in Nier raids and the likes it should be the same.
If it's such a small deal for others to wait, why is it a such a big deal for you to join in the fight after the cutscene is over? It cant be both.
