Special prize if you hit each and every monster following you as you run to the next pull with tomahawk/shield lob/unmend/lightning shot if you have some physical DPS in the party so they can go ham while you are all running.
And honestly, even if the healer does get aggro for a moment, it's not exactly a big deal, any healer (and dps for that matter) knows or should know to bring anything they aggroed to the tank so that they can quickly grab it back simply as they AoE.
