    As someone who works for DHL I'm not shocked at all to hear about all these broken statues. I've seen atleast three of these come down the belt in the sealed box with a shipping label attached to the CE box itself no outer box or anything. If I see another I'll try and get pics but these boxes go through hell and I'd be pissed to receive something in these conditions

    "Do we have an update on this issue? I demand a number to a supervisor or someone who is in charge of your warranty department get a hold of me or I will be getting a lawyer for this matter. It has been a month since this issue has been reported and I have not had a single consolation for my broken statue that I received with my CE other than being offered a replacement but no update on it. As a customer who spent almost $200 on an item I cant even look at I am beyond pissed off right now. I don't know what you and your team are investigating or who runs the merchandising department when all I need is a replacement statue which I told will be coming. If someone does not contact me by email or by phone (***) ***-**** I will be sure to take this matter into my own hands as a customer and will be getting others involved who are waiting for this same issue with no result."

    - I just emailed them this so we will see what happens

    Got a similar response today. Fair enough I guess. It's just unfortunate that it has taken nearly 2 months to rectify the problem that they created in the first place.

    i asked them what the status of my replacement figure was since i haven’t heard anything from them for a month and this is the reply i got.

    “ Due to Covid restrictions, there is a limit to how often we can ship replacements in person. We have received your information and will ship at the earliest opportunity. Once the replacement has been shipped, you will receive an email update with the shipper tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

    If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this e-mail.”

    I mean, I get why it might be taking this long, and I understand. But it's a shame that it has taken about 2 months to fix a mistake that they made to begin with, and there still isn't an end in sight. My statue better be immaculate when it gets here or they are going to have a very angry customer.
