I feel Venat was wrong because she did not have their consent. I feel the modern day Ascians were wrong because they did not have our consent. I however do not feel the original original Ancients were in the wrong because I do not have enough information about whether the ones to be sacrificed in the third round [If they were indeed sentient] would have consented or not.
