two, the STF is based there.

I am sure its not all "paradise", but you have to realize, the people playing there are not usually westerners.

The fact that SE cannot deem it fit to have such a team for the EU and NA data centre ( they have the relevant SE offices for those countries) is quite appalling . Its one thing that stuns me about FF14 side of SE . The lack of clear and present forum GMs/Moderators , not copy paste response customer service persons , no dedicated anti troll/bot/expolit/hack/RMT staff working in the EU and NA offices like all other MMOs devs/publishers have their versions of staffing EU/NA HQs and very little dev/hr/pa to comunity communications outside of their own native forum section


Its deeply a shame especially as EU and the NA territory make up the VAST majority of this game' subscriber base.

Don't worry, the STF is just as useless there. I've seen bots often. They only seem less active in comparison because the japanese market isn't anywhere as profitable (in gil or rmt) compared to the western DCs.
