[RP18+] and "beautiful company" in the same line is usually a codeword for a brothel venue, so it was probably interpreted as that by the GM, and advertising brothel venues in PF (regardless of my personal opinion on them being all right with them) is not allowed.

Interpretation is not a warrant for a 3 day suspension. There were several others with nothing of the sort that could be 'interpreted' as such either that were hit with a suspension as well. It just doesn't make sense.

It has been noted time and time again that ERP is not an issue by previous GMs. Re: the linked thread in the original post. There is also nothing of the sort listed in the party finder to warrant it being inappropriate.

For what it's worth, there was a similar instance of this back in March or April I believe, that it was found that a GM was banning all RP advertisements in PF-Other due to personal belief. I believe the community got extra mad that one person got a suspension for a PF that said "I'm leveling fishing, come hang out."

Not saying this is a similar instance, but it's a possibility. Either way, as an owner of a venue that is about to re-open, advertisements continue to be a source of debate. Some GMs say they are fine, others wipe and ban anything they see. The rules clearly say they are allowed, but there's still debate.

This post will most likely boil down to everyone's personal belief but once again, we need clear-cut definition from Square Enix.

There is no need to tell them anything. If anyone were to join that community and make a report for inappropriate behavior, that “18+” rating offers no protection. It is literally meaningless other than to broadcast that they want to operate under the assumption that mature adults can enjoy the company of other adults..and in most cases all the more power to them.

That said, they are in no way above or immune to the rules just because they make some janky claim.

I cant be 100% sure, but pretty sure there is a difference between an 18+ FC in community finder, and advertising an 18+ event in party finder.

and I am serious about the not sure part, not being sarcastic. I believe they would view a difference between a community, which would normally have some kind of gatekeeping requirements, and an open event where anyone can attend. but even then, if you join and FC you can still report what you would consider offensive behaviour according to the new ToS, though really, if you joined it, be kinda stupid to do so. (and thats a general 'you' not you personally). would be like joining an FC named Lawrence Welk Fans, and being offended they dont play reggae or something...
