Is home world transfer 25th or 26th?

Just saw this on there site , or am i missing something?

Recommencement of the Home World Transfer Service
"Due to server congestion following the launch of Endwalker, the Home World Transfer Service is currently suspended. However, with logins becoming less concentrated due to players making progress, and the Oceanian Data Center now ready, we'll be resuming the service on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 (JST)."
