fflogs can easily detect if someone is cheating like this, and they invalidate your parse and even ban you from the site. its not hard to put 2 and 2 together and see if you used *any* action sooner than what is supposed to be possible. even more subtle things like movement speed hacks can be detected in a log

Those tools will just delay the information to the first visible clue as counter measure. It then just amplifies the effect of the animation. Which is again impossible to detect.

Note that even in tournaments detecting cheats is already difficult, because pro cheaters simply make their tools apply minimal aid. These tools for example can smooth an animation in such way that if you moved your mouse towards the enemy chest, it correct it that it moves towards the head. The player still has to respond properly, and perform the motion relatively accurately before the tool kicks in. But that 5% extra that they get can be enough to give them the win, while being extremely difficult to detect. And this is because those tools simply use the information that the player can already see. Sure, the tool knows more, but it doesnt always mean the player sees that. Even just things like footsteps can be made like 10% louder depending on the position to give a player more awareness of players behind a wall. Cheaters can go realy far to avoid detection, and in most cases they will succeed simply because they never reach those tournaments in skill. And as their behaviour stays relatively normal, even if they use it on stream, viewers wont be able to detect it at all.

It gets worse when players also learned to counter recoil in shooters, as some players are very well capable of pulling the mouse down in such way they negate recoil entirely. The human body can teach these things in reflexes quite well.
