Add MORE raids roulettes so everyone can be happy and do the content they should be doing instead of 60 runs of CT per month.
Bad idea to split by expansion - that way it will become harder to fill up the needed spaces on the earlier content.

They could also just not make running the CT raids mandatory in order to progress the storyline - it just adds background info after all.

I fail to see how that would make it harder to fill up for earlier content, I'd at least be damn glad to do more roulettes and I think people in general are more happy to do roulettes than basic leveling dungeons. And really, just the name of the level 50/60/70/80 roulette pisses me off, spread out the content and that would fix the terrible naming too. Oh how I miss the high level roulette name, it didn't always make much sense but it was so much easier to say...

And to be more on topic, yes, I hate all of the CT raids for the reasons mentioned by others, most jobs play awful at that level and I hate how boring the raids are. I ran them enough in ARR already, had enough ST to last me a life time trying to roll for the damn soldiery tomestone upgrades, and WoD was the last time I really cared about farming 24 man raids for specific gear pieces, doing 30 runs for a caster top was insane, still hate that raid to this day.

Because less people would run the leveling roulette the higher level they get....The majority of my jobs are above level 60. What reason would I ever have to run leveling roulette with your system? Unless they doubled the exp from level roulette I'd never touch it again and I'm pretty sure there are a lot of players like me in a similar situation. Your idea would fracture the roulette way too much and they'd have to introduce trusts into the lower level dungeons to compensate, which depending on a point of view could be either good or bad (I personally think trusts are a bad idea for the most part)

Trusts are fine with content that doesn't get ran a lot. Want to do your prae or castrum run for your msq? That will be 25+ minutes. Want to run a dungeon during prime time, better roll those dice and hope you get a party that doesn't implode on itself. As a tank, trusts make me earn that wall to wall pull by pulling every mitigation trick I can. And the lack of salt is a nice bonus!

Umm... What? Of course the rewards would still scale according to your level like they do now to make the lower level ones worth doing, I don't understand why you think they wouldn't. People still run MSQ roulette just fine as the rewards make it worth it. I fail to see the issue with trusts too, there's still a ton of people that don't use them. Trusts are slow and boring, but they're a nice change of pace if you want a relaxing dungeon run while having to take breaks in between pulls to check on stuff or whatever, you can go at your own pace. Hell I wish more people would use trusts, even make the first run of every new dungeon mandatory to do with trusts for all I care, maybe we wouldn't see so many people who have no idea what they're doing in the duty finder.
