It's an established trend, and even then it's not hard to ask "Hey, where do I trade this in for gear?" without complaining that the game doesn't directly tell you "GO HERE TO SPEND THESE TOKENS" and insulting people because you didn't get the answer you wanted.

To be fair, the game has an insane amount of tokens. I've been playing for a while now and I still feel confused, so I understand how a new player may feel overwhelmed.
