    Buffs feel better than nerf and people get less upset about them, but I don't think they're always healthy for the game.
    In Heavensward I remember MCH and BRD being buffed so much that it was better to go with two physical ranged over casters...
    And the power creep makes content too easy at some point.

    I think some Jobs atm need buffs while others ( like RPR ) needs a nerf.
    You can achieve the same effect through buffs too but I dunno.

    They typically do not nerf classes unless they are broken in some way. They announced in HW they would only be buffing classes.
