    Because you lose damage, you do not spam it.
    Armor Crush benefits more due to damage and Ninki Gauge build up.
    A whopping 380 on flank with 15 ninki build vs 200 potency with 5 ninki as comparison.
    And it would make just more frustrating having a cooldown like that for such a situational tool.
