The ones related to combat are a huge difference and some could even be consider cheating (changes to animation locks that supposedly were intended to be that way for example).

It doesn't change the animation lock, it changes the "ping lock" if you prefer. There is no way devs would have made it so low ping players actually have twice the advantage they have over high ping players. Alexander fixes the netcode, it doesn't change anything to the animation locks.

As I said I'm not against it, still, is not something that only benefit players with high ping. Also, players with better ping, better FPS and similar are going to have an easier time. Anyway, Alexander can't fix netcode, just go around it.
