Why isn't the MSQ roulette EXP consistent?

What exactly does this have to do with anything? I know that, but I'm not talking about that. That's not the issue, the issue is Praetorium in the MSQ roulette gives me a very different amount of exp each for no apparent reason, regardless of level range, or if my role was needed.

I'm at the point where I'm not even going to bother with it ever again, it's a waste of time if it's not a full level or at least just about.

It has to do with how much exp you get at the end of a dungeon. You say you gain 60% of a level, which could mean you are literally calculating it or you are just looking at the bar and guesstimating. You provide no data. But as some have said you should expect significantly less at, and above 80.
