But to be serious for a moment, I hate the first picture you posted, all those random buttons, that a player has to learn to use etc as a HEALER. That's why I hate that.

Yes because all the random Healing buttons we have are any better. You have to learn how to use Protraction and Expedient don't you? How is it any different than learning your DPS rotation? What about learning to use Recitation? Seraph? The argument that you have to learn how to properly play your job is not an argument, it's a scapegoat to disguise laziness, pure and simple. You can't be bothered to learn and just want to complain that "it's too hard" because that's easier and it's sad.
