And why should I be expected to do that? It's Square Enix's problem to solve. Fantasias should work 24/7. I should not have to worry about logging into the game when I need to make breakfast and send my kids to school.

I understand that it's irritating but is it really that difficult to get up ten minutes earlier to change your character's appearance? If you have the appearance saved it would be very quick.

It wouldn't even take 10, or even 5 minutes. They'd be able to do it in a few clicks.

Because it will help solve your problem within 10 minutes. Or you prefer to wasting weeks in waiting and hours of raging on the forum just because ... ?

I feel bad for your kids because they're stuck with a mentally unstable parent who rages about 10 dollars in a videogame. I can't imagine what you do to your kids if they don't do as you say.

No one is disputing that it sucks you cant use it 24/7, but people are giving you solutions and you are basically telling them no.

You only have two choices you either take on people's suggestions or you dont use it. This is a situation everyone is in.

Well with your attitude you won't get anything figured out. They're doing what they can if you can't try to work around it for the time being that is a you problem and not them. You should contact CS and ask for a refund they won't do anything for you on these forums. Just seems like you want more drama than trying to actually figure it out yourself. You work a 9-5 which means you could wake up 2 hours earlier ONE day to get your character changed around but you refuse and expect them to work on your time....
