So the reason given for an OCE server was because Tonberry showed a huge populace disparity when compared to other Worlds from the same DC due to the amount of australian players playing there.

That was just one of the reasons listed, not the only one. Most of us don't even play on that server.

As I mentioned in (was it your) other thread on this, good luck, and keep making sure as many people from Brazil subscribe as possible. That's the metric they care about.
