Please add a pity system to the Raid Tier

Soooooo what my team does is run it together to easily get the pieces but tbh it’s all alt gear trash in a week, buy the new crafted gear penta meld it and your gonna be BIS for awhile. I hate it because it invalidates EVERYTHING you Earned from Zodiark and Hydaelyn but I’ve been around since the beginning so I know the formula this game rolls with , hence why all my crafters and gathers are 90 by week 1. It’s bad design but I’ll be too busy counting all the Gil soon.

Depends. Some prog BiS for Savage prefers normal mode gear over pentamelded crafted due to substat allocation (DNC recommended some normal pieces over crafted last expac because DNC doesn’t really want skill speed, so it was better to take the normal mode items that didn’t have it if the crafted pieces did; BRD also chose normal mode pieces with Crit over crafted back in SB because of how meaningful it was to the job). We’ll find out on Tuesday. The EX stuff will be irrelevant though.
