    Im not convinced it is intentional that the song never stops. I think its a bug.

    This would make sense. I really wouldn't mind if it played once and went back to the ambient theme.
    As much as I love La Hee, the night theme was a much needed break now and again.

    You even get an orchestrion with the vocal version of the song from gemstone trader in Ultima Thule. It is the intended BGM for the zone.
