Feedback: Can we please have level 80 trust dungeons give relevant player XP to 81?

I disagree unless the non-trust versions get the same boost.

There should be no experience boost in the trust version that's not in the regular version. You don't have to worry about your trust members running away with the stack marker or being a glare mage or spinning the boss. You don't have to worry about them being impatient if you keep messing up a mechanic and dying (especially deaths that cause a wipe).

If anything the non-trust version should be the one to get a boost if only one of the two gets a boost.

And this is someone who prefers using trusts where possible. I'm leveling an alt on a world separate from my main and therefore my friends' characters. I'm currently taking her through Endwalker and the only time I'll use the Duty Finder is when I'm doing the two trials that I can't use my trust for.

I get what you're saying, and of course I'd be totally ok with buffing BOTH! But for some reason it seems to be "accepted doctrine" that somehow time spent in dungeons at a past level cap is to be worth less when you still have an XP bar next expansion... so I didn't want to open with that and fight with everyone, but...
