I think 7.0 should focus on reworking old job designs instead of adding new jobs

While that would be my personal preference, new classes do seem to be a big draw for a lot of people.

More jobs means more homogenization as all jobs have to be around the same powerlevel as their peers. And we all know everyone around these parts hates that word.
