Please consider letting us dye the base of the figurines / models in the game as the crystal blue sometimes do contrast badly with the model itself.

Can you just add more of the existing basic looking chairs and everyday tabletop items that you've had in the game since 1.0 to the accessible to player lists? You literally don't even have to make new art assets or anything. Think the stuff in East Shroud huts or Southern Thanalan buildings etc..
Can we talk about yards? Theres not a lot of things to put on a small house yard if you think about it.
Wooden Staircase with a railing
More fireplace types (with cooking pot/ cauldron inside)
Old European Cottage themed decor

Lalafell scaled housing bits would be great! You could even just reuse the stuff from the dwarves - there's tables, chairs, beds, desks, kitchen stuff. Perhaps sell the patterns as a few books as a reward for helping them?(I cut some of the stuff out - there was a lot!)
Hanging vines & ivy (not potted ivy or potted plants but hanging like a curtain)
Stone pillars
Stone stairs
Desert/ Thavnair themed items: Bed, curtains, windows, flooring, exterior house, oasis ponds
Indoor tree Variety like Giant maples, oaks, willows (not a potted tree but as if the house was built around the tree)
Storage/ cupboard items as mentioned above like sacks of grain, chocobo feed, flour
Mini Cauldrons
Hearths with Cauldron attached
Stone or Wood & Hay flooring (wooden or stone floor with hay scattered about)
Rounded doors
More half-walls with no border/molding & interchangeable wallpaper
Lalafell/ Dwarf oriented housing items & lalafell sized items (Lore wise, I think Lalafell would 100% have custom made beds/ housing items especially from Ul Dah- not everything has to be human+ sized)
I still would like a garden please. No house, just rentable garden space
Increased item interior limit for placed items & storage for all house sizes
Everything Sharlayan that appears in the Inn Room especially these items.

Exterior items suggestion:
Sand plot/ Dune
Cactus plants/ Desert plants shrubbery/ plants you see typically in Ul Dah
small oasis (pond item, but an oasis fit for a desert)
Thavnair Statues
Pillars
Windows
Doors
Fencing
Barn/ Farm house
Items to make a hill(s)
Red/Brown rocks/stones
Crystal clusters
Dead trees
Desert Trees
Outside Cauldrons
Ul dah/ Thavnair Tents for merchants
Thavnair Rugs
Smaller beams for ceiling
Gates/ doors for yard entrance
Dirt/ sand pathing
Indoor Suggestions:
Terrariums
Mini Biomes
Printed/ decorated curtains
Stone pillars
Stone steps
Curved steps (not spiral)
Arched pillars- wood & stone
Thavnair pillars
Thavnair windows
Desert scenery/ Snow scenery with falling snow- NO MORE UGLY PHASMASCAPE BORDERS OR SCREENS PLEASE. Sceneries should look as authentic as the area & not like a screen with an ugly border.
I don't use the phasmascape items because you can see the lines in the screen & they're really impossible to get angled correctly also they all have a weird fog animated across them.
Arched ceiling items- not all ceilings have to be flat
Increased Interior item limit & storage for ALL houses.
The XIV Devs need to recreate intricate player house designs, so they have an actual understanding of how poorly developed it currently is & understand why players keep asking for the same fixes that have never been implemented. They should stream it too
Smaller tree stump tables
Indoor trees with slots in the tree, to place small tabletop items inside of the tree slot
