People keep saying that Eric might be the Lahabrea that we all knew and loved, but... he looks REALLY similar to Claudien in the same raid story. That's more than coincidence, and if it is just a coincidence boi that is one hell of a coincidence.

This is what I was thinking as well. Unless Lahabrea's son ends up succeeding him, he would have simply been sundered, which means he isn't 'dead' (although it depends on your definition of dead, he probably died and was reborn plenty of times since then).

I do hope we get to meet past-Lahabrea at some point and not just hear talking about him.

I love Lahabrea and all Lahabrea content, so I do hope we get to see him too. Fight him to prove that Eric is worthy of being his son, and also to make up for the fact that Lahabrea was done dirty through the entirety of ARR and HW.

And if Claudien is Eric (and I really do think he is... looks too similar and even has unique animations which they hardly ever put on throw away chars) - that will soften the blow of knowing that Eric dies a horrible death eventually. Cuz it means we know his soul is happy and thriving and we can keep him around as a friend.

Is there any solid evidence that Themis really is Elidibus?
The only thing I'm seeing that even HINTS at it is Elidibus telling us in the Occular that he might have remembered us from Elpis, maybe, and us not having run into anyone who calls themselves Elidibus yet while there.
And I guess his relative age to the Convocation members.

In the post-credits cutscenes during the MSQ - Themis talks and his voice is Elidibus'. Not only that, but only former convocation members and the current Elidibus wear white. He seems a little too young to have been a former convocation member.
