    Why so much crying over a patch we have not yet experienced?

    It happens every time. So much speculation. So much crying about assumptions. Seriously, stop stressing over it, you'll live longer. It makes much more sense to wait 'til the patch drops and try out the new stuff to see how it works in reality than to cry over it now.

    No! We have to complain about things that aren't done already because what little we know about these things sounds scary* and it's our job to save this game by telling the devs how they should do their job. Before we actually see their job at all, of course.


    *After several assumptions with no real basis besides a video not really related to the matter at hand and preconceptions that everything SE ever did or will do is broken by default.

    If they didn't have something to bitch about they'd actually be forced to play the game or discuss things that matter. You know we can't have that.

    Seriously though, this shit happens EVERY time. Bitching like crazy up until the patch and maybe for a day or two after. Then everyone learns how to play the game under the new patch and accepts that it's nowhere near as bad as they thought. Then we never hear about it again.

    I'm pessimistically optimistic about everything. I want to see the new system, but I feel it's overly convoluted, and kinda random. Then again, I'm also nostalgic as hell, and think XI had the perfect formula.
