Why so much crying over a patch we have not yet experienced?

I'm pessimistically optimistic about everything. I want to see the new system, but I feel it's overly convoluted, and kinda random. Then again, I'm also nostalgic as hell, and think XI had the perfect formula.

I'm nostalgic for XI too and as much as I want to see them take some of the best concepts from XI and implement them in XIV the game they ultimately create needs to be XIV and not XI-2.

used to it, while a bunch of us rather play and test out and try out stuffs and give feedbacks and suggestions, another bunch just spectulate and whine on forums about things they haven;t even try.It's been always this way no matter whether have patch or not, update or not, videos. Anyway, patch in 4 days or so! excited to see it

I like the "wait till I actually play it to judge" approach. Until then I come up with ideas/things to try.

Other than that, it's fun to watch the forums QQ.
