At this point I honestly don't see an actual glamour log happening. This would probably be the next best thing and require the smallest amount of work on SE's part and would help curb the economy inflation a bit.

Stop using 8 player raids as a method to clutter my inventory with tokens

BLU having the same lvl cap as all other jobs and being able to enter instanced content like Bozja and Eureka which do not require a specific party role composition.

Music settings in menus where you can set music scores you've obtained to specific things. Like choosing your battle music, boss music, etc or leave it empty to get the game defaults we have now.
