What I wanna know, and what I'm not entirely clear on from the live letter (unless I missed something?) Is how the new wards are gonna work for people relocating. Like, are we just not gonna be able to relocate there at first or is it gonna work the same as it has before? Are we going to need to / be able to join these raffles too if not?

Idk just very interested to see the specifics once we get closer.
