Any word on Ishgard housing? When it may launch, or how the "raffle" thing will work?

I DESPARATELY want to get a place on Ward 1. I actually really enjoy Housing -- in fact, I'm hoping to start streaming "housing tours", once I level up some characters on other servers so I can visit people -- and I know that Ward 1 winds up being sort of the "default" for people to go, getting the most foot traffic.

Both me and my dad have been hoarding gil the past year, trying to put ourselves in the best possible positions to get houses hopefully in the same ward (would just be kind of fun to be "neighbors" in-game, at least in the same subdivision). But the raffle stuff is a bit stressful, because we still don't know much about it.

Will you buy a ticket for each plot you're interested in? Can you buy multiple tickets? They've mentioned they might only have some Wards as FC-only, and some Wards and Individuals-only; are there also going to be some Wards that are Raffle-only? Will those restrictions (for FC and Individuals, I mean) ever be lifted?

Just really, REALLY stressed, hoping I'm able to get a really good house!

According to info released in the november LIVE letter only ONE deposit can be made per bidding cycle. Which sounded to me that you can only bid on one property at a time and not be able to put money out on like 5 different properties to try to better your odds at getting one so some properties might have more bids then others.

Relocation will work the same way as in you will have to win that house lottery to be able to relocate. Then, when you relocate, your house now becomes it's own lottery.
