From what I can think from my 2 main jobs:

DRG: Second Wind, Blindside, Featherfoot, Decoy, cant think of the 5th, room for taunt for fun.

MNK: Blood for Blood, Invigorate, Keen Flurry, Decoy, *up for suggestions*

This is completly workable and adds some more identity to jobs, it stops the all dds must have sentinal, cure, sacred prism, sangune right, SS, second wind etc etc mentality.
