    You can add half of Eorzea to the list. We never actually go to Abalanthia's spine, just some floating islands above it. Half of mor dhona is missing, West shroud, and Coerthas lower highlands.
    In the extreme south of Thanalan is Sil'dih, but that seems to be completely forgotten about in the story.

    I was just looking at those 1.0 lore areas today on youtube, added!

    I was told recently that West Shroud was once used as a PVP map, but it was removed at some point.
