The queue times on my server have gotten slightly, slightly better but at this rate, it's going to take a month for things to settle down

Well, that's super irritating. I got the confirmation box for my main when I logged in to get in the queue almost 4 hours ago.
When it reset me back to 2133 on its own, it logged in my alt that I barely play when the queue finally ran down to log me in. I touched nothing. Just been watching YouTube the whole time. Waiting.

So now the game is just randomly resetting queue and choosing other characters on us while we wait in line. Not a happy camper. Another day of being unable to play. I'm not sitting through another 4 hour queue.

Why is this in quotations? It's actually factual, trying to get any computer related items is more difficult/expensive due to all the lockdowns we had/continue to have. I read a report that said Samsung and a few other companies are looking to make more computer parts in Texas as to help avoid the current issues going forward; granted it will be years from now when those facilities are even up and running.

because they believe that SE would rather give away millions worth of subscription fees, still lose at least some amount of subscribers over the situation permanently and skip out on the chance of Christmas sales at a time when everyone and their mother wants to play the game instead of investing into servers now, even though realistically they will still have to do it at a later time anyways cause at some point, even if years down the line, "but covid" obviously won't be acceptable anymore.

While I wish you luck getting into the game and enjoy the expansion, I never understand the frustration, either you have to wait in line for a bit during peak hour or just play it at a different time when most people aren't, that's how I get to finish 6.0 waiting maybe even less than an hour combined in the launch week, sleep earlier, wake up earlier.
It's like you shouldn't expect the road to have no traffic when everybody's off, just drive at a different time instead if it really bothers you. Besides, SE already said it they prioritize subs over free trial players when in comes to logging in.
