Macrocosmos is a spell but Harmony of Body Effect doesn't work... What a scam
If the only use is to reduce spell cast time, then don't write "Reduces spell cast time AND recast time" !

If you read up to the last sentence of the tooltip, it tells you that the action does not share recast timer with any other actions. You can guarantee any other actions that has this description will not be affected by this sort of 'Haste' buff. They could've used a better wording, but it's not a scam.
